The two latest updates to SchoolMate concern contracts.
The first is E-Contracts where the agreement is “signed” in electronic form – no paper is used – by the student via their SchoolMate account.
The second simplifies the way that you create contracts for students for their lessons.
Hopefully, both of these additions will find save you time and paper.
E-Contracts:
When you create a student contract template you can mark that it is an E-Document and students, or their parents, will be able to “sign” the contract online when they log into their SchoolMate account. After they sign they will automatically be sent an email confirming their acceptance of the contract along with a PDF version of the contract.

Automatic creation of student’s contract:
Before you had to add contracts individually to each student. Now you can assign a default contract template to a group and every student who is assigned to that group will have that contract generated automatically.
