Your school may use the Survey Module to gather feedback from teachers, students and parents on their opinion of the school. If a survey has been created, it will be visible on the Main Page when you login. Here is an example:

Your answers are sent anonymously to the school and combined with others to give the school overall results. In Menu Survey List you can see the surveys that you have been asked to complete.
