The Classes menu item gives an in depth look at your classes:<\/p>\n

Classes Details:<\/span><\/h1>\n

  1. Click “Classes” on menu and “Classes details” from the drop-down.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the group you want.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the dates for the lessons you want.<\/li>\n
  4. You can print out details of all lessons.<\/li>\n
  5. You can Add a lesson (if you have permission).<\/li>\n
  6. If you share a group with another teacher, all lessons will show. If you only want to see your own, click the button.<\/li>\n
  7. Class details – when you fill in attendance and details about the lessons these icons will appear.<\/li>\n

    Add Classes Details:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    If you click on the “pen” icon, the following will appear:<\/p>\n

    This is where you enter what happened in the lesson etc.,<\/p>\n

    1. These are the items your school has decided it wants details on for each lesson.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter details.<\/li>\n
    3. If this is left unpublished, then students will not be able to see the details. Click to turn green and the details are published.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Files:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

      If your school has the Study Drive module activated, you will be able to add files from your\u00a0Study Drive<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0or from your computer and attach them to a lesson. Students will be able to see and download these files when they log in.<\/p>\n

      1. Click here to add files from your Study Drive.<\/li>\n
      2. Click here to add files from your computer.<\/li>\n
      3. If you are uploading multiple files, clicking this will upload them all together.<\/li>\n
      4. Save & Close.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        After you have uploaded your file, you will see it attached to the lesson:<\/p>\n

        And it will be noted in Classes Details.<\/p>\n

        <\/a>Once again, whether you can see and access all of these depends on your permissions.<\/p>\n

        1. Online Lesson<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 If your lesson is online, you can start the lesson by clicking here.<\/li>\n
        2. Print<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 This will print out all the details of the lesson including comments added etc.,<\/li>\n
        3. Set Status<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Statuses are set by default to be that the lesson was taught as expected. If that is not the case and it was cancelled late\/ in advance etc., change the status of the lesson by choosing the correct status from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n
        4. Change Data<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Change the day, time etc.,<\/li>\n
        5. Remove<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Delete the lesson.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Attendance:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

          You can enter the attendance for a series of lessons\u00a0here<\/a><\/span><\/span>,\u00a0but here you enter the attendance for a single lesson:<\/p>\n

          1. Click the button to turn green and mark all students present that day, or<\/li>\n
          2. Click the students who were absent and why. The rest will all be marked present automatically.<\/li>\n
          3. Do the same for the homework if given and done\/not done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Tests:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

            If your school is using the Study Drive module, you will be able to create your own tests or upload tests created by the school to your groups for students to complete as homework.<\/p>\n

            1. Click “Add Test” on the Test Card.<\/li>\n
            2. Select the test.<\/li>\n
            3. Close the card.<\/li>\n
            4. Click “Save & Close”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Calendar: <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

              What you can do and see in this section is controlled by how your permissions have been set by your Administrators. With minimum permissions if you click on the “V” on a lesson in your calendar this will appear:<\/p>\n
