This means they will not be shown as an option when looking for available teachers at that day and time. School Administrators can also add non-availability to a teacher&#8217;s card here:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click &#8220;Turn on edit mode&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Click anywhere on the calendar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-08-08_1630.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5819 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-08-08_1630.png\" alt=\"Turn on edit mode\" width=\"655\" height=\"356\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After you click on the calendar a card will appear for you to enter the details of the non-availability:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put in the parameters of the non-availability. If it is a one-off event, you only need this date.<\/li>\n<li>If it is a one-off event, leave this blank. If it a repeated non-availability, you will need to select one of the following options: Week, Two Weeks, Month.<\/li>\n<li>Put the date that the non-availability will end.<\/li>\n<li>Add a description if you wish.<\/li>\n<li>Click &#8220;Save&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-08-08_1634.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5820 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-08-08_1634.png\" alt=\"Non availability\" width=\"625\" height=\"521\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The non-availability will then appear on the calendar:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-08-08_1645.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5821 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-08-08_1645.png\" alt=\"On calendar\" width=\"169\" height=\"107\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The &#8220;V&#8221; will allow you to change the data of this one event.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;I&#8221; tells you there is something in the description box.<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;X&#8221; to delete the non-availability. If it is a repeated event, you will see the following message:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-08-08_1650.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5822 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-08-08_1650.png\" alt=\"Delete message\" width=\"374\" height=\"85\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you want to delete a series of events, click &#8220;Delete cyclic events&#8221;.
