If your school has the Accommodation Module<\/span><\/a> activated, you will be able to add bookings for accommodation plus transfer and insurance items for the student.<\/p>\n

  1. Click the edit icon on the right-hand side<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After you have done that, a card will appear. Mark accommodation as needed, enter the dates and select from the drop-down options.<\/p>\n

    After you click \u00abSave & Close\u00bb the details will be added to the card. To complete the reservation click \u00abAdd reservation\u00bb<\/p>\n

    After you click \u00abAdd reservation,\u00bb you will be taken to a list of your accommodation facilities:<\/p>\n

    1. Dates of booking.<\/li>\n
    2. Filter button.<\/li>\n
    3. Filterable items.<\/li>\n
    4. Tick to reserve.<\/li>\n
    5. \u00abSave & Close\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      After you have booked the item, the room will be shown in the system as booked:<\/p>\n

      And the reservation will show on the student’s accommodation tab, you can now add transfers and insurance to the booking if required:<\/p>\n
