You can see more in the tutorial <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/tutorial\/how-to-add-lesson-to-a-group\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How to add lessons to a group<\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Once the above has been done, lessons will appear on the Lessons card. Here is the top part of the card:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-18_1911.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7983 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-18_1911.png\" alt=\"Lessons card\" width=\"824\" height=\"301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-18_1911.png 824w, https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-18_1911-768x281.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 824px) 100vw, 824px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add single lesson: Clicking here will bring up a card for you to enter day, time etc., for a new lesson.<\/li>\n<li>Edit &amp; Remove: Until you select a lesson to work with (see 7) these are inactive. Once you have selected a lesson to Edit, the card for the lesson will appear so you can alter the details. If you click Remove, you will be asked the following:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_10-27-29.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4975 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_10-27-29.png\" alt=\"delete lesson\" width=\"528\" height=\"115\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_10-27-29.png 528w, https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_10-27-29-300x65.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 528px) 100vw, 528px\" \/><\/a>If you select \u00abYes\u00bb, two more questions will appear:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you answer \u00abYes\u00bb to the first question, the lesson will be replaced.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on your Settings you might also be asked if you want to send a notification about the change to the teacher and students in the group. As details are added, and changes made to lessons, icons next to the lesson will be highlighted. Here is where you can select the date range of lessons you want to appear.<\/p>\n<p>6. A \u00abSkipped Date\u00bb is a day that should have a lesson scheduled i.e. not a holiday, but it was decided not to have a lesson on that date.<\/p>\n<p>7. Here you can select the lessons you want to Edit or Remove (see 2) A useful tool if you want to change a lot of lessons at the same time &#8211; maybe you want to change the room for all lessons &#8211; is \u00abClick to Select Similar\u00bb<a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_1152.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4981 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_1152.png\" alt=\"Select similar\" width=\"761\" height=\"342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_1152.png 761w, https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_1152-300x135.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 761px) 100vw, 761px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>After you have select the lessons, go to the \u00abEdit\u00bb button.<\/p>\n<p><a id=\"lessondetails\"><\/a>8. There are three options here for working with individual lessons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4982\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_12-21-40.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"22\" height=\"26\" \/> Change the status. This will bring up the Lesson Card and you can change whatever you want.<\/li>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4987 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2018-06-15_1550.png\" alt=\"Remove\" width=\"25\" height=\"27\" \/>\u00a0Remove the lesson. This will change according to dates entered.<\/li>\n<li>A breakdown of lessons planned and actual and any issues.<\/li>\n<li>Lesson details.
