{"id":4929,"date":"2018-06-09T13:00:54","date_gmt":"2018-06-09T13:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/?post_type=tutorial&#038;p=4929"},"modified":"2025-08-12T14:59:04","modified_gmt":"2025-08-12T14:59:04","slug":"the-group-card-calendar","status":"publish","type":"tutorial","link":"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/es\/tutorial\/the-group-card-calendar\/","title":{"rendered":"The Group Card &#8211; Calendar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The calendar displays all the lessons for the group:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-19_1120.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7990 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-19_1120.png\" alt=\"Calendar\" width=\"838\" height=\"303\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-19_1120.png 838w, https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-19_1120-768x278.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 838px) 100vw, 838px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Move the dates displayed forward or backwards by a week.<\/li>\n<li>Change the left side scale of the calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Lessons can be displayed and coloured based on teacher, room, language and type of class.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Lesson Details:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you hover your cursor over a lesson in the calendar, details of the lesson will appear and you can drag and drop the lesson to a new date and time in the calendar:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-19_1205.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7997 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-19_1205.png\" alt=\"Lesson details\" width=\"657\" height=\"239\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If you click on the \u00abV\u00bb you, can edit the lesson as the following will appear:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-19_1208.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-7994 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/2019-12-19_1208.png\" alt=\"Click the V\" width=\"239\" height=\"137\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1. Clicking here will make the \u00abEdit Lesson card\u00bb appear and you can change any detail of the lesson.<\/li>\n<li>2. Here you can change the status of the lesson. This change will show in the lesson detail on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/en\/tutorial\/the-group-card-lessons\/#lessondetails\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\">Lesson card<\/span><\/a>. These options are controlled from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/en\/tutorial\/class-status\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\">School Admin &#8211; Settings &#8211; Class Statuses<\/span><\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Click the \u00abX\u00bb to delete the lesson.<\/p>\n<p>3.
