The Attendance Card – How to Add Attendance.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Attendance that is entered by the teacher<\/a><\/span><\/span> for the group when they log in will show here. An administrator can also add attendance via this card.<\/p>\n

To\u00a0correct the attendance status or add a new status:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Turn on edit mode<\/strong> – when this is turned you can enter attendance (see below), when it is off you can only see previously completed attendance.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the date range<\/strong> – put the range you want to view or enter attendance for.<\/li>\n
  3. Date range for group<\/strong> –\u00a0select from pre-defined date ranges you want to view or enter attendance for.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Edit Mode Turned On:<\/span><\/h2>\n

    When Edit Mode is turned on:<\/p>\n

    1. Click this box to mark everyone present on this date.<\/li>\n
    2. If a student was not present, select the absence status that applies to them.<\/li>\n
    3. Turn off Edit Mode to save attendance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Print<\/strong> – From here you can print out standard and advanced attendance registers plus a report on the students’ attendance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Save as XLS<\/strong> – You can print out the attendance in Excel format.<\/li>\n
        2.
