In this tutorial we will look at tasks.<\/p>\n
Tasks:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
When you open Tasks, the default settings is tasks assigned to you which have not been done.<\/p>\n

- Outstanding tasks.<\/li>\n
- Your name.<\/li>\n
- Filters and settings.<\/li>\n
- Tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nYou can change what appears by closing the boxes – click the Xs – or using the filters and settings, and the tasks will appear in the centre of the screen.<\/p>\n
Creating a Task:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n
Click \u00abAdd Task\u00bb (see number 5 above).<\/p>\n

- Select the type of task it is.<\/li>\n
- Add a title.<\/li>\n
- Choose the date it is to be done.<\/li>\n
- Time and Duration are optional.<\/li>\n
- Add a description.<\/li>\n
- Select from the drop-down which admin person in the school will be given this task.<\/li>\n
- Select which student or company this task is related to.<\/li>\n
- Click Save & Close.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

After you click \u00abSave & Close\u00bb a card will be created:<\/p>\n

- Listed in centre of screen.<\/li>\n
- The title.<\/li>\n
- The School Administrator it is assigned to.<\/li>\n
- The student or company.<\/li>\n
- Status and Edit button.<\/li>\n
- The note about the task.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

All of the tasks that you create for a student or company will appear on their timeline card, so you will have a history of contacts etc.,<\/p>\n
