Adding Resource Items:<\/span><\/h2>\n

After you have added the Resource Settings<\/span><\/a><\/span> you can add your schools Resource Items.<\/p>\n

Go to Resources – Items – Add Item.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will then need to fill in the information about the item – a number of the options are controlled by Resource Settings<\/a><\/span><\/span>:<\/p>\n

  1. The name of the item.<\/li>\n
  2. The number of the items you have.<\/li>\n
  3. Type of item.<\/li>\n
  4. These items are defaults but can be changed.<\/li>\n
  5. There is the possibility to charge a deposit.<\/li>\n
  6. The level and languages are options from Group Settings.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Publisher.<\/li>\n
  8. Target Group – some items are suitable for different users in your school.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    When you have fished click \u00abNext\u00bb.<\/p>\n

    After you have clicked \u00abNext\u00bb you will tell the system to give each item a unique number in the system:<\/p>\n

    1. Select the prefix code you want to use.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter the start number for the sequence we are creating – the system will tell you the next start number available. You can change this, but prefix and number combination must be unique.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
