This is the top part:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the type of document you want to create a template for.<\/li>\n<li>Name the document.<\/li>\n<li>Add an additional description if required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/2018-10-19_1000.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6141 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/2018-10-19_1000.png\" alt=\"new document template\" width=\"439\" height=\"254\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>[vc_column][vc_message]<span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you are creating a Student Contract, you will see an additional option:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/2022-12-12_10-22-48.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9310 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/2022-12-12_10-22-48.png\" alt=\"E document\" width=\"233\" height=\"61\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you click this box, you can create contracts which the student can sign online. There is a Tutorial on how E-Contracts work\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201230070158\/https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/en\/tutorial\/e-contracts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/span>[\/vc_message]<\/p>\n<p>The bottom half of the page is:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>This section contains the items that the system can place in this particular type of document. If you click on an item, it will appear in the bottom part .<\/li>\n<li>This section contains tools to help you edit, place logos etc., in the document.<\/li>\n<li>Here is an example of a document template.
