Rooms<\/span><\/h1>\n

This is where we add the school’s classrooms for lessons to be placed in.<\/p>\n

Go to School Admin<\/strong>, Rooms<\/strong> and click Add room<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fill in the room details in the card that appears:<\/p>\n

<\/a>After you click \u00abSave & Close\u00bb the room will be created.<\/p>\n

What about rooms for classes in companies?<\/span><\/h2>\n

You do not actually need to add a room to a group to be able to teach a lesson. Obviously, this is important for lessons within the school to avoid clashes but for lessons in companies you don\u2019t need to.<\/span><\/p>\n

General Card:<\/span><\/h2>\n

This contains the room’s details:<\/p>\n

  1. You can give a room a different colour to distinguish between them in your calendars.<\/li>\n
  2. Edit details and archive room.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Non-Availability Card:<\/span><\/h2>\n

    If you want to make the room non-available for teaching, click \u00abTurn on edit mode\u00bb and enter details.<\/p>\n

    Calendar Card:<\/span><\/h2>\n

    This shows lessons scheduled in the classroom. You can change the dates and scale by using the various buttons.<\/p>\n

    1. This allows you to change the lessons according to the teacher, language and type of classes. You will need to have coloured these in Settings.<\/li>\n
    2. Here you can see what happened in the lesson and add attendance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
