Company Card- Documents:<\/span><\/h2>\n

You can create documents within the system \u2013 system documents \u2013 or you can upload documents to store on the company\u2019s card \u2013 external documents.<\/p>\n

System Documents<\/span><\/h2>\n

On this card you can create contracts for teaching in companies and store them on the company card. The document templates are created and stored in the School Admin \u2013 Documents. You will find more information\u00a0here<\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

  1. Click the arrow to expand.<\/li>\n
  2. Click \u00abAdd Document\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    And the following will appear:<\/p>\n

    1. Select your school\u2019s details to appear in the contract.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter the date of the contract.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter the start date of the teaching.<\/li>\n
    4. Enter the end date of the teaching.<\/li>\n
    5. Select the contract template you want to use.<\/li>\n
    6. Click \u201cSave & Close\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The four icons on the right allow you to: print, email, edit and delete.<\/p>\n

      External Documents:<\/span><\/h2>\n

      The lower part of the card allows you to upload documents and store them. You can use this for storing notes of meetings with the company etc.,<\/p>\n

      1. Click the arrow to expand.<\/li>\n
      2. Select the files you want to upload and upload them individually or in bulk.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
