After you have created your company<\/span><\/a><\/span> a card will be created:<\/p>\n

  1. Assign students to the company.<\/li>\n
  2. Send access details to HR Manager by email.<\/li>\n
  3. Send access details to students by email.<\/li>\n
  4. Send access details to HR Manager by SMS<\/li>\n
  5. Send access details to students by SMS.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cards Storing Information:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    The top line contains cards of different sorts of information which will be covered elsewhere in this tutorial module.<\/p>\n

    Edit and Other Actions:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Clicking on the 3 lines will make this appear:<\/p>\n

    1. Login \u2013 This option allows you to log in as the HR Manager. This is useful if you want to check what they can see.<\/li>\n
    2. Edit billing data – Update contact details for invoices.<\/li>\n
    3. Edit access details \u2013 Here you can change the HR Manager\u2019s user name and password.<\/li>\n
    4. Remove \u2013 delete.<\/li>\n
    5. Print access details \u2013 Prints\u00a0out the HR Manager\u2019s user name and password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Edit Company:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

      Clicking on this icon<\/p>\n

      will open up the company card and you can edit it.<\/p>\n

      Archive Company:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

      Clicking on this icon<\/p>\n
