In the Reports Module you can check whether students are in arrears with payments and\u00a0you can create a student debt report.<\/p>\n

How to generate a student debt report:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Go to the Reports Module.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Select\u00a0report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    From the list of reports that appears select \u00abStudents \u2013 payment plan in groups\u00bb<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    Once the Report is displayed we need to apply filters which are at the bottom of the page:<\/p>\n

    This is the filter control:<\/p>\n

    1. This will give all past Payment Due items.<\/li>\n
    2. This second one makes it between the two dates.<\/li>\n
    3. \u00abLeft\u00bb, \u00abGreater\u00bb the \u00ab0\u00bb will exclude those students who have paid the full installment and the report will show only those who have not paid.<\/li>\n
    4. Click Search and Close to view the report.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Create a Debtors Report Template:<\/span><\/h2>\n

      Using the same logic as above you could create a report on debtors over a certain number of days late, rather than based on dates.<\/p>\n

      1. As the system records the number of days late in payment as a negative, we have to put \u00abLess or equal\u00bb.<\/li>\n
      2. This excludes those who have paid.<\/li>\n
      3. After clicking \u00abSave template\u00bb you will be asked to give it a name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
