Situations can arise when a student overpays for lessons and we want to record the return of the over-payment.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Go to School Admin – Students.<\/li>\n
  2. Find the student.<\/li>\n
  3. Go to their Payment Card to see the over-payment amount.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to Record a Return to the Student?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    On the Student’s Payment Card:<\/p>\n

    1. Go to Transactions.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Add Return.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      On the card that appears<\/p>\n

      1. Select how you are returning the over-payment.<\/li>\n
      2. Add a description if required.<\/li>\n
      3. Select the amount to return.<\/li>\n
      4. This will be filled in automatically.<\/li>\n
      5. Click Save & Close.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The over-payment is shown as returned on the student’s Payment Card:<\/p>\n
