Go to the\u00a0<strong>Main page<\/strong>\u00a0tab in the <strong>School Admin Module<\/strong> and scroll down. On the right-hand side, you will see the\u00a0<strong>To do<\/strong>\u00a0box.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click on the <strong><em>Plus<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-01_1404.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6421 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-01_1404.png\" alt=\"to-do list\" width=\"363\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the new task window that appears:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Give a name to the task.<\/li>\n<li>Add a date if required. This will place it in the calendar for all School Admin to see.<\/li>\n<li>Assign to a particular School Admin user if applicable.<\/li>\n<li>If the task applies to an individual student, you can select then from here.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a description of the task.<\/li>\n<li>Click \u00abSave &amp; Close\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-01_1410.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6423 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-01_1410.png\" alt=\"Add Task\" width=\"640\" height=\"562\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you have entered a date in 2, then it will appear on all calendars:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-01_1522.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6424 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-01_1522.png\" alt=\"users calendars\" width=\"704\" height=\"269\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If it has been assigned, for example by John Green to David Jones, then John Green will see:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6425 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-01_1527.png\" alt=\"assigned by\" width=\"354\" height=\"153\" \/><\/p>\n<p>and the person it has been assigned to, David Jones, will see:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-01_1535.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6426 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.schoolmate.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/2019-01-01_1535.png\" alt=\"Assigned to person\" width=\"361\" height=\"185\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once a task has been marked as completed, if it is on the calendar it will turn green, it will be removed from the To do list.
