This\u00a0is a part of the system where you can add\u00a0days off and public holidays. You can enter not just single days but also\u00a0holidays lasting several days.<\/p>\n

The schedule is connected with the class generator in groups. If you enter holidays and mark them as \u00abFree of lessons\u00bb, the generator will not create classes falling on those days.<\/p>\n

How to add events to the schedule:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Go to the Main Page and look for Schedule in the bottom right-hand corner. Click on the \u00abAdd\u00bb button.<\/p>\n

In the New Event window that appears:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Enter the title of the event.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter the \u00abDate From\u00bb.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the \u00abDate To\u00bb. (If the event lasts one day, enter the same date value as the Date From)<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. If it is a day off select \u00abFree of Lessons\u00bb. The generator in each group will shift the classes previously generated in the defined free time to a different date.<\/li>\n
  5. If this day off applies to all groups, leave this ticked. If it applies to only certain groups, see below.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter information about the holiday if required.<\/li>\n
  7. Click \u00abSave & Close\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How to apply an event to select groups only:<\/span><\/h2>\n

    To apply the holiday to selected groups;<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Untick the \u00abApplies to all groups\u00bb box.<\/li>\n
    2. A list of all your groups will appear. Tick those that the holiday applies to.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      When you have finished and clicked \u00abSave & Close\u00bb, you will be asked if you want to regenerate classes in all groups affected by this new event.<\/p>\n
