You cannot create credit notes in SchoolMate so, if you need to correct an invoice after you have created it, you can correct the invoice total or, if you want to start again, cancel the invoice by correcting the total to zero and then issue a new invoice.<\/p>\n

Correct the original invoice:<\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Go to Finance.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Invoices.<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Find the invoice you want to correct.<\/li>\n
  4. Click \u00abIssue correction\u00bb on the the\u00a0General\u00a0card of the document.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In the correction editing window that will appear, insert all necessary information i.e. date of\u00a0issue, printed status and the value after correction. If you want to correct the whole invoice, enter 0. If the amount after correction should be increased or decreased, enter the final amount in the\u00a0\u00abAfter correction\u00bb<\/strong>\u00a0section. In the\u00a0\u00abNotes\u00bb\u00a0field, you can enter the reason for the correction and then Save & Close.<\/p>\n
