When\u00a0creating a Group<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0it is possible to add a default contract which will automatically be added to each\u00a0student\u2019s documents card<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\r\n

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_message]For this to work you will first have to have created a contract in<\/span>\u00a0Documents<\/a><\/span><\/span>.[\/vc_message]<\/p>\r\n

When you are creating a Group select the required template from the drop-down list:<\/p>\r\n

From now on, SchoolMate will create a contract according to the selected template for each student added to the group and add it to their Student Card.<\/p>\r\n

Some Points:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\r\n

If you add a template after the Group has been created, students who are already in the Group at that point will not have a contract generated, only students added after.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

If your school is using\u00a0Planned Groups<\/a><\/span><\/span>, or the\u00a0Reservations feature<\/a><\/span><\/span>, students who are placed in planned groups or reserved and awaiting places in the group will also have contracts generated.<\/p>\r\n

\"Reserved<\/a><\/p>\r\n

If a student with the \u201cReservation\u201d or \u201cAwaiting\u201d status has an E-Contract which they sign, they will automatically be moved to the \u201cEnrolled\u201d section.<\/p>\r\n
