SchoolMate has integrated with\u00a0HubSpot<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0a company which offers an advanced software platform for inbound marketing, sales, and customer service<\/p>\n

Linking your SchoolMate account to your HubSpot account:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Once you have created your HubSpot account you will be given some codes for your account.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to\u00a0School Admin \u2013 Settings \u2013 Basic Settings<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Select \u201cIntegrations\u201d tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Tick \u201cWant to configure HubSpot\u201d box<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the Key and ID of your HubSpot account.<\/li>\n
  5. Click to check the settings.<\/li>\n
  6. If you get a successful message, click \u00abConnect with HubSpot\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Transfer of Data between SchoolMate and HubSpot:<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Now when you create a company in HubSpot they will be created automatically in your SchoolMate account. Other details such as address, contact person will still need to be added to their card.<\/p>\n

    Adding a company to SchoolMate automatically creates the company and contact person if we select \u201cWant to sync with Hubspot\u201d at the bottom of the company card.<\/p>\n

    If this information for the company or contact is changed in HubSpot, then the changes are applied in SchoolMate.<\/p>\n
