Schools can now offer online lessons via their SchoolMate account using: LearnCube<\/a><\/span><\/span>, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.<\/p>\n

Getting started with Zoom:<\/span><\/h2>\n

First, you need to add your Zoom account details. Go to School Admin<\/strong> – Settings<\/strong> – Basic Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Then:<\/p>\n

  1. Click “Online Lessons”.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Zoom Meeting from the drop-down as your default online lesson provider.<\/li>\n
  3. Click “Add Zoom Account”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Then login to your Zoom account:<\/p>\n

    If successful, you will see a message saying “\u2018Your Zoom account added successfully”.<\/p>\n

    To confirm return to the “Online lessons” card (see above) and you should see your linked email address with a zoom meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Now, you have two new options available:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Sync Users: – <\/span>This is used to link Zoom to teacher accounts which already exist in the system.<\/li>\n
    2. Remove zoom account: – This is used to remove the Zoom linked account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How do I add Zoom accounts for teachers?<\/span><\/h2>\n

      After connecting your Zoom account to SchoolMate, go to the Teachers section, select a teacher, click on the pencil icon (Edit) and in the “Basic information\u201d tab:<\/p>\n

      1. Select the Zoom user of this teacher (Zoom users are downloaded automatically from the main account settings).<\/li>\n
      2. Click “Save & Close”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
