How is SchoolMate priced?

SchoolMate is a modular system. All users have access to the four basic modules. Other modules can be switched on or off as you wish. Monthly charges are based on the number of active students and the modules used. If there are no active students, there is no charge.

What is the monthly cost for SchoolMate?

The base monthly cost is €30 net, depending on the number of active students and selected modules. For more than 1000 students, SchoolMate asks you to contact them for an individual pricing plan.

Is there a free trial of SchoolMate?

Yes. SchoolMate offers a free 30-day trial. You first get a one-month free trial contract, and you can also be given access to a test site containing no real data so you can try the system without signing a contract.

What happens after the free trial ends if I don’t want to continue?

If you decide not to continue after the free trial, the contract simply expires after one month without needing to do anything. If you want to continue, you just let them know.

How do I stop using SchoolMate?

SchoolMate charges monthly in arrears for active students. To stop, you deactivate your active students and then there is nothing further to pay.

Can I import my existing student data into SchoolMate?

Yes. SchoolMate provides Excel templates and you can upload your data (students, parents, etc.) into your account free of charge.

Does SchoolMate provide training and ongoing support, and is there any cost for it?

Yes — full training and ongoing support are provided (via Zoom, Skype etc.) free of charge for as long as you need it.
