The Student’s Card – Availability

The Availability card shows the student’s preferred time for lessons. Data can be entered here in two ways:

1. 1. If you are using the Registration Module, and the student gave their preferred times when applying to you, they will be held here.
   2. You can enter – and edit – the times for the student as a School Administrator.

Then enter the preferred day and time:

Times will then appear in the calendar:

You can also drag and drop these Available boxes to new days and times while you are in Edit mode. When you have finished switch off Edit mode.
