How to use the Parent’s App

The student user guides on how to use the App are exactly the same for a parent using the App. So, if you want to learn how to download the App, login etc., please refer to them.

There is one important difference when a parent uses the app: if you have more than two children studying at the school, you can switch between their SchoolMate accounts. To switch between accounts, go to Settings:

In Settings then click “Switch Account”:

Then select which of your children’s accounts you want to view:

If, for some reason, your child’s name is not there, contact the school as they may not have linked the accounts correctly.
